About Us

Woodham Petroleum operates a regional network of fuel depots, roadhouses, and diesel distribution services across Queensland and New South Wales. As a family-owned business, we are committed to supporting regional communities while providing safe, reliable fuel supply services.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an MC-licensed Fuel Tanker Driver to join our Mackay operation. This is a casual position offering great team, modern equipment, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing regional team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MC Fuel Tanker Driver to join our Mackay team. This role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional transport and delivery of bulk fuel products to customers throughout Mackay, the surrounding regions, and across North and Central Queensland.

Based in Mackay, you will operate a well-maintained tanker fleet while ensuring compliance with all safety, fatigue management, and environmental requirements. You will work closely with customers and play an important role in maintaining Woodham Petroleum's reputation for reliability, safety, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Safe fuel tanker driving and bulk fuel delivery
Loading fuel at terminals and delivering to sites
Complying with NHVR, fatigue management (BFM), EWDs, and safety regulations
Completing driver paperwork and delivery records
Conducting pre start checks and maintaining vehicle standards
Providing strong customer service on site

About You

MC Licence (Multi Combination Licence)
DG Licence (Dangerous Goods Licence)
Clean driving record (RMS transcript required)
Experience in fuel transport, tanker driving or road transport
Strong safety mindset and compliance focus
Reliable and able to work independently
