F45 Coach / Group Fitness Trainer

Location: F45 Training Matraville
Employment Type: Casual (with opportunities for additional hours)

F45 Matraville is more than just a gym—we're a community. We pride ourselves on delivering high-energy, team-based workouts while creating an inclusive and motivating environment where every member feels supported.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivating F45 Coach to join our coaching team and help our members achieve incredible results.

About the Role

As an F45 Coach, you'll lead dynamic group training sessions, motivate members of all fitness levels and create an exceptional studio experience. You'll bring energy to every class, build relationships with members and contribute to the positive culture that makes F45 Matraville special.

Key Responsibilities

Coach F45 classes with energy, confidence and professionalism.
Demonstrate and correct exercise technique to ensure safety and results.
Motivate and encourage members throughout every workout.
Build genuine relationships with members and create a welcoming environment.
Learn members' names and celebrate their progress and achievements.
Assist with setting up and packing down the studio before and after classes.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised training space.
Support studio events, challenges and member engagement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with the coaching and management team.

About You

You'll be someone who:

Has a genuine passion for health and fitness.
Brings high energy and positivity to every class.
Is confident coaching members of all ages and fitness levels.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is reliable, punctual and professional.
Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and community.

Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Fitness.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Experience coaching group fitness classes is highly regarded.
Previous F45 coaching experience is an advantage but not essential.
