The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile strategic initiatives and transformation programs across Rheem Australia.
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will be responsible for driving complex, enterprise-wide projects that span multiple functions including Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Sales, Marketing and HR.
Acting as the central point of integration, you will align stakeholders, manage governance, oversee delivery and ensure strategic objectives are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of enterprise transformation, operational excellence and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones and delivery frameworks.
- Drive alignment across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial and Corporate functions.
- Establish governance structures and maintain executive-level reporting and program dashboards.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial performance.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies and critical path activities.
- Facilitate Steering Committees, governance forums and executive decision-making processes.
- Drive accountability and performance across multiple project streams and stakeholder groups.
- Lead organisational readiness, change management and business adoption activities.
- Embed best-practice program management, project governance and continuous improvement methodologies.
About You
You are a commercially astute and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager, Program Manager or Transformation Leader with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives within large, multifaceted organisations.
You will bring:
- Degree qualifications in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation, business integration or strategic delivery programs.
- Strong experience within complex, matrixed environments involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects across the full program lifecycle, from strategy through execution.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial, financial, analytical and strategic planning capability.
- Experience managing governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and business outcomes.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including board and executive reporting.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems and maintain delivery momentum.
- A collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on accountability, execution and results.
Desirable experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including portfolio governance, prioritisation, resource planning, benefits realisation and investment oversight.
- Advanced proficiency with Project Portfolio Management platforms, particularly Clarity PPM, including portfolio reporting, roadmap management, financial tracking and executive dashboards.
- Experience establishing and embedding PMO, portfolio governance and project delivery frameworks within complex organisations.
- Formal project or program management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP or equivalent.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation, business integration, operational excellence or strategic change programs.
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, supply chain, FMCG or operational environments.
- Strong understanding of portfolio reporting, capital investment governance, business case development and stage-gate delivery methodologies.
- Experience leveraging project management and collaboration tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, Jira, Power BI and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated success presenting portfolio performance, project health, risks and investment recommendations to Executive Leadership Teams, Steering Committees and governance forums.
