About this role
Lead, manage and performance-drive a team of frontline sales professionals to deliver market-leading execution outcomes in outlet, ensuring all commercial plans are executed with quality, compliance and pace.
Act as the owner of in-market execution and team performance, holding accountability for delivery of territory results across NSV, volume, distribution, visibility and execution standards.
Support delivery of On Trade growth through active management of new business performance, contract execution and RFP support in field, ensuring opportunities are identified, converted and landed at pace in venue.
Act as the senior external representative for the geography, building strong, credible relationships with key customers, owners, publicans, industry bodies (e.g. AHA) and key opinion leaders, strengthening Diageo’s position and unlocking growth opportunities in market.
Drive a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations, actively managing performance and taking decisive action to differentiate, reward and address underperformance across the team.
You will be responsible for:

The required qualifications for this role are:
- A track record of leading and developing others to deliver strong performance outcomes, with direct field leadership highly advantageous.
