We're excited to welcome a Radiographer - Senior to our Medical Imaging Department.
In your role as a Radiographer - Senior, you will provide clinical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior staff, while actively contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Your leadership will help shape a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth, ensuring both patients and colleagues benefit from your knowledge and commitment.

Key Responsibilities include:
Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.
Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced Radiography practitioners and students as delegated.
Adhere to relevant expectations outlined in the SCH and Allied Health Governance Framework documents and MIS Business Rules to ensure that best patient outcomes are achieved in a transparent, ethical and accountable manner.
Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $157, 359 p.a., comprising salary between $4912.70 - $5286.40 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed Term Temporary Flexible Full time and/or Part time positions available for variable contracts as required with possibility of up to 12 months).
