Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and confident Night Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity, working approximately 4–5 overnight shifts per week. As the senior leader on shift, you will take ownership of hotel operations overnight, ensuring the smooth running of the property while maintaining exceptional guest service, operational control and safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all overnight hotel operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Leading and supporting the night team while fostering a professional and positive work environment.

Managing guest enquiries, feedback and escalations with confidence and care.

Completing the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.

Conducting regular property checks to maintain safety, security and operational standards.

Responding effectively to emergency situations and operational challenges as they arise.

Preparing accurate reports and handover documentation for the morning leadership team.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a Night Manager, Assistant Night Manager or senior Front Office leadership role.

A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel to and from the resort for overnight shifts.

Strong numerical and analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.

Sound commercial awareness and confidence making decisions independently.

A calm and solutions-focused approach when managing high-pressure situations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and team members.

Proven ability to lead independently and take ownership of hotel operations.

Experience with Opera Cloud or similar hotel management systems will be highly regarded.

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
