The Plough Inn is looking for a friendly, confident Restaurant Host to help create an exceptional guest experience in one of Brisbane's busiest hospitality venues.

Great hospitality starts the moment a guest walks through the door. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, keeps them informed and helps the team deliver a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do

Welcome guests with a genuine smile
Manage waitlists and seating during busy service
Keep guests informed while they wait
Help guests find the right dining, bar or function area
Support the floor team during peak service
Create a great first and last impression

You'll Bring

A warm, confident and engaging personality
Great communication and customer service skills
The ability to stay calm and organised when it's busy
A current RSA (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
Availability to work weekdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and additional shifts during school holidays
