The Role

Step into the fast lane of digital. You’ll bring programmatic campaigns to life - building, launching, and optimising activity across display, video and more to drive real performance.

Working alongside a close-knit, high-energy team, you’ll turn strategy into action and data into smarter decisions, every single day.

This is your chance to level up. Own campaigns end-to-end, sharpen your skills, and make a visible impact in a role where performance really matters.

Key Accountabilities:

Bring campaigns to life end-to-end, from setup through to optimisation and reporting

Partner closely with your team to turn briefs into high-performing programmatic activity

Own performance - optimising campaigns daily to hit and exceed targets

Use data to uncover insights, sharpen targeting, and inform smarter next moves

Stay on the pulse of platforms, publishers, and tech to keep work fresh and effective

Collaborate with offshore and partner teams to keep delivery smooth, accurate, and on time

Maintain high standards of accuracy and process, especially in a detail-driven environment

Contribute ideas that push performance and continually improve how we work

What You Will Bring:

Solid grounding in programmatic with hands-on experience across display and video

Confidence working with platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk will be highly valued.

A natural ability to build rapport and earn trust as a go-to digital specialist

Energy and curiosity to learn fast and stay ahead in a constantly evolving space

Comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same

Sharp attention to detail and pride in getting the numbers exactly right

A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with clients, teams, and partners
