- Elicit and analyse business requirements, develop solution designs, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Viva, and Copilot Studio.
- Design, build, configure, and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, security roles, and environment configuration.
- Develop and configure agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, knowledge sources, actions, authentication considerations, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
- Support the design and implementation of Copilot Studio agents aligned to business processes, user journeys, governance requirements, and enterprise security standards.
- Configure and customise Power Platform environments, including data sources, security, roles, connectors, and governance controls.
- Plan and execute SharePoint migration activities, including migration from legacy SharePoint environments and other content sources to SharePoint Online.
- Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including information architecture, document management, permissions, metadata, lists, libraries, and site structures.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio solutions that meet business, technical, security, and governance requirements.
- At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, Microsoft 365 consulting, and solution delivery.
- Strong experience delivering SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, security, roles, and environment configuration.
- Experience developing agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent configuration, topic design, knowledge integration, actions, and publishing considerations.
- Experience automating business processes using Power Platform and integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong experience with SharePoint migrations from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture in SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of Power Platform and Copilot Studio governance, including environment strategy, connector usage, access control, and lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
