Description:
Carbone Lawyers is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team in Ringwood. This is a permanent, full-time position within our legal department. As a Legal Assistant at Carbone Lawyers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and ensuring the efficient operation of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to solicitors
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Managing client communications and appointments
Organising and maintaining case files and documentation
Assisting with billing and financial administration

Skills and Experiences:
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

This role suits an experienced LA who is passionate about legal administration as a profession — not a pathway to something else.

Furthermore, you will be proficient in word, have the ability to multitask and pick things up quickly.
