Make an impact at Serco
As a Maintenance Administrator, you'll play an important role in keeping Defence healthcare equipment maintenance activities running efficiently across the national network.
Working closely with Defence stakeholders, suppliers, technicians and internal teams, you'll coordinate work orders, manage scheduling activities and help ensure critical equipment is available when it's needed most.
This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity through to 30 June 2027, with a view to extend, based at Moorebank, NSW.
As a Maintenance Administrator, you'll make a positive impact by:

Coordinate maintenance work orders and technical repair activities across the Defence healthcare network

Schedule and monitor reactive and planned maintenance to meet service delivery timeframes

Liaise with Defence stakeholders, suppliers, technicians and internal teams to keep work progressing

Maintain accurate records within Defence SAP ERP and Serco systems
-
Support invoice processing, compliance activities and general office administration

Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and reduce equipment downtime

Experience in administration, scheduling or work coordination

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ideally SAP ERP

Excellent communication and customer service skills

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
