We’re seeking skilled machine operators to join our pump track construction team, specialising in the delivery of world-class asphalt pump tracks across Australia. You’ll play a crucial role in operating machinery, following construction plans, and leading teams to ensure the highest standards of work.
- Operate excavators, skid steers, rollers, and other machinery essential for pump track construction.
- Interpret and execute engineering plans and construction drawings.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve top productivity and safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental protection measures.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide progress updates to management.
- Maintain high standards of conduct and professionalism at all times.
- Extensive experience with construction machinery (excavators, skid steers, rollers).
- Current Construction Induction White Card (or ability to obtain).
- Willingness to relocate for project duration (relocation assistance provided).
- Comfortable living in shared accommodation with team members.
- Experience in mountain bike trail or pump track construction.
- Understanding of mountain biking culture.
- Trade qualification or experience in construction, landscaping, or civil industries.
- First Aid certification.
- Unrestricted driver’s licence.
Various pump track project locations across the east coast of Australia and Tasmania.
