Description & Requirements

A opportunity has arisen for a Coal Plant Operator to join our team at CBCI Muja Power Station in Collie, WA.

Your focus will be on supporting the delivery of Coal from Premier mine to Collie/Muja power stations, ensuring compliance with operating strategies.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

Flexible work / life balance – 2 x 12hr day shifts then 2 x 12hr night shifts with four days off reoccurring.
Core Crew with Long Term works
Casual to Permanent Opportunities after probation
Opportunity to gain experience and knowledge on the job

Our ideal candidate will have:

Relevant industry experience
Exposure to material handling both fixed and mobile plant operations
A current Australia Drivers Licence
Skid Steer
Loader
Dozer
Scraper
Water Cart
MR or HR Truck Licence (advantageous)
White Card
Proof of right to work in Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Live Local to the South West - within 100km's of Collie (Bus from Collie available daily)
