The Opportunity
KBR is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Practitioner to join our team supporting the EWIS Land CA51 Sustainment program. In this role, you will provide specialist logistics expertise to ensure the successful transition, sustainment and ongoing support of complex Electronic Warfare and Information Systems (EWIS) capabilities across multiple Defence platforms.
Working alongside Defence personnel, engineers, project managers and industry partners, you will play a key role in delivering effective through-life support, ensuring Defence capability remains operational, compliant and mission-ready.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across acquisition and sustainment.

Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and support product transition into service.

Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including CES, RPS, EMEIs, TIPs and ILSPs.

Support inventory management, provisioning, codification and supply support activities.

Manage contractor deliverables and contribute to technical and engineering reviews.

Coordinate logistics activities across Defence, OEMs and industry stakeholders.

Support SAP/MILIS logistics functions, including inventory, asset management and stock control.

Ensure compliance with Defence logistics policy, governance and regulatory requirements.

Identify risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sustainment activities.
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
-
Experience delivering Integrated Logistics Support within Defence or a comparable complex engineering environment.
-
Knowledge of Defence logistics, supply chain, inventory management and through-life support.
-
Experience using SAP, MILIS or other ERP/logistics management systems.
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work collaboratively across Defence, industry and engineering teams.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
An AQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline or 8+ years of equivalent industry experience.
Highly Regarded

CASG or Defence acquisition and sustainment experience.
-
Experience with codification and cataloguing of Defence items.

Knowledge of Defence logistics policy, Configuration Management and Technical Certification.

Experience with MEMS, EEV, cryptographic logistics or ITAR requirements.

Minimum AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and Australian citizenship required to be eligible.
Location: This role can be based in Canberra (ACT), Adelaide (SA) or Melbourne (VIC), offering flexibility across our key Defence locations.
