What’s the role?
Westpac SME is entering an exciting phase of growth and we're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on building genuine relationships.
In this role, you'll focus on developing and expanding partnerships with brokers, accountants, referral networks and other third-party introducers to create new opportunities for SME customers. You'll use your lending and business banking expertise to build a strong pipeline, connect customers with the right banking solutions and represent Westpac within the broader business community.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Upper Mt Gravatt / Brisbane CBD (Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country) or Gold Coast.
What do I need?
- Experience in Business Banking
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Confidence managing B2B partnerships and third party referral channels
- Demonstrated success generating new business through external networks
- Ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders
