Our Practice
Our Blacktown Super Clinic is a one stop health hub for our patients. Offering a selection of over 15 clinicians (including paediatrician, cardiologist and psychologist), accompanied by extensive allied health services as well as onsite pathology, pharmacy, hearing clinic and exercise physio gym (with a pool!). Our clinicians are supported by our elite nursing and passionate administration teams who ensure that each patient feels valued, welcomed and seen. Our Blacktown Super Clinic is growing, and we are seeking a passionate, confident and experienced health care practice manager who is eager to continue the smooth running’s of our clinic as well as drive future growth with the backing of our support functions.
The purpose of this job...
Our Practice Manager's plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of the practice as well as embedding our practices in the community. They are responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, clinical quality and safety aspects of the practice. This role will lead the delivery of health services recognised for exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes and highest level of clinical safety and quality. This is a key Bupa leadership role delivering exceptional performance, ensuring Bupa is loved by customers and employees love working at Bupa.
What you’ll need to make it possible
- Strong leadership skills and exposure to people management within the health industry
- Demonstrated commitment to, and practice of, leadership driven culture and building collaborative working environments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology (Best Practice preferred)
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the practice's long-term strategies and goals.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and strategies to improve patient experience.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre.
