Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient and professional service across our restaurant and bar. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:

Provide high‑quality food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations

Greet, seat and assist guests with menus, enquiries and reservations

Take and process orders accurately using the POS system

Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally
-
Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, promotions and upselling opportunities
-
Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements

Always maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas

Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential

Knowledge of basic coffee and cocktail preparation is advantageous
-
Current RSA certificate (NSW) or willingness to obtain

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A professional, friendly and guest‑focused attitude

Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays

A team player who demonstrates initiative, reliability and integrity

Have full work rights in Australia
