We’re looking for a Workforce Support Coordinator to join our Project Services team based in East Perth. This is a full time, Monday to Friday role where you’ll support workforce operations, take ownership of the admin that matters, and help leaders and employees navigate the day to day with confidence.
You’ll be trusted, relied on, and kept busy – in a good way.
What you’ll be doing

Providing practical workforce support across scheduling, onboarding, compliance and daily coordination

Acting as a key contact for employee queries and workforce related issues

Maintaining accurate workforce data, records and reports

Working closely with operational leaders to anticipate workforce needs and resolve issues early

Coordinating inductions, training and other people processes

Jumping in where needed to keep operations moving
What we’re looking for

Experience in workforce coordination, HR admin, operations support or a similar role

Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities

Confidence dealing with a range of stakeholders, including frontline teams and leaders

A proactive, solutions focused approach

Solid attention to detail and comfort working across systems
