Shape excellence in maternity care through education and leadership.

Lead, deliver and evaluate maternity-focused clinical education programs that drive best practice and improve mother and baby outcomes.
Provide strong clinical leadership through preceptorship and mentorship, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning culture.
Apply adult learning principles and contemporary education strategies to build capability and confidence across all levels of staff.
Partner with management, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants to align education with operational and strategic priorities.

Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA and possess a postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education? Please attach copies of your AHPRA registration and postgraduate qualification to your application.
Give a brief overview of what education training and clinically relevant experience you bring with you to the role?
Detail how your skills and professional background align with the requirements of the role, emphasising the value you intend to bring to the role.
Give an example of your approach to tailoring educational content for adults in a workplace setting, taking into consideration diverse learning styles, and how you plan to adapt your strategies to ensure effective skill transfer and development within the team?
