Registered Nurse | BlueCare | Kirra Aged Care Facility

Employment Status: Casual
Location: Kirra Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $55.70 - $70.18 + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM’s) + Employee discounts

About the role:

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:

Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

Role requirements:

Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously
General nursing experience, post-registration
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
