Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join the FLG team. The People & Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth processes and a positive employee experience for our teams. This role is the perfect entry point into the People & Culture function, offering hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment .
Working closely with Payroll, Learning & Development, People Insights & Systems, and Talent Acquisition, as well as operational leaders, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records , supporting key HR processes and contributing the effective operation of the wider P&C team .
With a clear development pathway into future People & Culture roles, this opportunity is ideal for an early-career HR professional or recent graduate looking to grow their skills and make an impact in a fas t -paced leading organisation in the health and fitness space .
Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
Process new hire, employment change, and offboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with internal processes and employment legislation;
Provide administrative support for P&C projects and initiatives, such as engagement surveys, wellbeing programs, and learning and development events;
To be successful in this role you have:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and HRIS , with the ability to quickly learn new systems
