Full Job Description

Your Role

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions, with expertise in SAP APO and SAP IBP.Design, implement, and support Supply Chain
Planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, and Production Planning.
Lead and deliver supply chain transformation initiatives across industries such as FMCG, Automotive, Household Goods, Pharmaceuticals, and Telecommunications.Analyze business requirements and develop scalable SAP APO/IBP solutions to address complex planning challenges.
Execute end-to-end implementations of SAP APO DP, APO BW, APO SNP, IBP Demand, and IBP MRO solutions.
Configure and support SAP SCM integration with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA through CIF.
Provide expertise in PP/DS on SAP S/4HANA, MRP in ECC, and related MM and BW modules.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Drive project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Participate in all phases of project implementation, including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Testing, Pre-Go-Live, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live Support.
Conduct solution workshops, process assessments, and user training sessions to facilitate business adoption.
Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, process optimization, and continuous improvement for planning solutions.

Your Profile

SAP Supply Chain expert with 7+ years of experience including in SAP APO and SAP IBP.
Extensive work experience in the Supply Chain Management comprising of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution planning & Production Planning in FMCG, Automobile, Household goods, Pharma & Telecom industries
Demonstrated excellence in designing and implementing solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes in complex scenarios
End-to-end implementation of APO DP (including APO BW), APO SNP, IBP Demand and IBP MRO (End to end planning solution in SAP IBP for asset intensive industries)
Experience of SAP SCM integration with SAP ECC & S4H through CIF
Sound knowledge on PPDS on S/4 Hana, MRP in ECC, MM and BW modules
Hands-on experience of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies and experience in all phases of Project Implementation like Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Pre-go Live, Go Live and Post Go-live Support in DP & SNP
