KT3 Kitchens QLD manufactures custom cabinetry for some of Queensland's biggest retailers. We're part of the Farquhar Group, a family-owned Australian manufacturing group running since 1978, so the work is stable and the business is growing.

Start at Level 5: Qualified Cabinet Maker: $40.00/hr.
- Up to $400 quarterly bonus (an extra $1,600 a year): $200 for meeting your individual Safety & Reliability standards, plus $200 when the team hits production targets.
- Clear career roadmap: The 8-level pathway runs from New Starter through Trade Equivalent and into leadership roles like 2IC and Supervisor. Your pay increases as your skills do!

The Role
You’ll be on the factory floor doing the final assembly and finishing off custom cabinetry. Your day-to-day will involve:

Final assembly and finishing off using hand and power tools.
- Interpreting job sheets and production drawings accurately.
- Applying advanced CNC techniques and intermediate CAD/CAM skills.
- Quality adjustments, alignment checks, and rework for a perfect finish before dispatch.
- Collaborating with your team to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Keeping a clean, safe, and WHS-compliant workspace.
What We’re Looking For
We are open to different experience levels, but ideally, you bring:

A Cabinet Making trade qualification (for Level 5), or solid hands-on experience in assembly and joinery fit-off.
- Confidence operating cabinet-making machinery and hand/power tools.
- A sharp eye for detail - you take pride in premium quality and read drawings accurately.
- A problem-solving mindset - you spot defects early and love getting it “right the first time”.
- Reliable and safety-focused: on-time every shift, complying with WHS, and wearing PPE correctly
