About the Unit
The Dandenong Dialysis unit is located at: 122 Thomas Street Dandenong. We are a 21 chair unit which provides Outpatient service to the Monash Health community.
Clinic Hours:
0600 to midnight Monday, Wednesday and Friday
0600 - 2000 Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join the Nephrology team at Dandenong. This role is a 32 hour per week role with start time 6am, 8hrs shift. The Administration Office provides direct administrative support to the dialysis team and is responsible for administrative duties including data entry, stock ordering and coordinating, patient admission, discharge and transfer.
Position available from 27/7/2026, however the start date can be negotiated.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated productivity including initiative, good problem solving skills, judgement and attention to detail
Enthusiastic, compassionate and able to work collaboratively
Demonstrated experience in an Administrative role
