About the Role
CFA is seeking a Coordinator – Health Monitoring and Rehabilitation Teams (HMRT) to support and strengthen one of our key firefighter health and wellbeing programs. In this role, you'll coordinate programs, training, systems and stakeholder engagement that help keep firefighters safe and healthy during emergency operations.
Working closely with volunteers, operational staff and external partners, you'll help build and maintain the capability of Health Monitoring and Rehabilitation Teams across Victoria, ensuring they have the guidance, resources and support they need to deliver effective field-based rehabilitation services.
You'll be an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working with a diverse range of people and making a positive impact. You can manage multiple priorities, build trusted relationships and communicate technical information in a clear and practical way.

About you

Demonstrated experience providing project and program coordination, implementation and administrative support within a large and/or complex organisation, including supporting the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of operational or service-based programs

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare high-quality reports, procedures and briefings materials and correspondence, and build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience using finance, HR and information management systems to support program administration, reporting and operational activities. Experience using SAP finance systems is desirable.

Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint, with the ability to manage information and produce accurate documentation and reports.

Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and coordinate a range of office administrative and project support activities within tight timeframes.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision and while also contributing effectively as par t of a collaborative, fast-paced and operationally focussed team environment.

Knowledge of CFA volunteerism, emergency management operations, health monitoring programs and/or medical first response environments is highly desirable.
