About Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at Ramsay Pharmacy Cleveland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This role is offered on a casual basis.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
Assisting with stock control and inventory management

About You

To be successful in this role, it is highly desirable (but not essential) that you will have:

Certificate II in community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualification
Previous working experience in pharmacy or retail setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
