We are seeking a Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a part-time basis, working a minimum of 3 days per week across a mix of Urgent Care and General Practice.

The Opportunity

This is a unique leadership role within a dual-service medical centre offering both GP and Urgent Care.

You will support clinical operations while delivering hands-on care, working closely with GPs and the clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the nursing team
Coordinating patient flow and clinical delivery
Supporting GP services including immunisations,proceduresand chronic care
Driving clinical standards and continuous improvement
Mentoring and developing staff

About You

Bachelor of Nursing (or higher)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in primary care including experience in urgent care, emergency or an acute setting
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
