Our multi-disciplinary team across WA were recently nominated for excellence in Regional & Remote Support & the Allied Health Professionals Award in the 2026 WA Disability Support Awards. This is a great opportunity for an OT to join a talented team and help continue the impact we have to clients both locally and remote.

The Role

Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy, supporting NDIS participants to achieve meaningful goals.
Opportunity to work with clients 75 yo+ under Supported Home Care Packages – Coming Soon.
Work across home, school, community, and telehealth settings
Shape your caseload to match your interests

What You’ll Need

Relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications with full AHPRA registration
NDIS experience (ideal but not essential)
Ability to work from home
NDIS Worker Screening & WWCC
Full Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel allowance provided)
