LITTLE KICKERS ECHUCA, SHEPPARTON AND SURROUNDS

PART TIME POSITION CHILDRENS PRE SCHOOL SPORTS PROGRAM

Do you have experience in Sports coaching or working with children? Permanent Part time (or full-time for the right candidate) 15- 20 hours a week. (Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings)

We are searching for a fun and bubbly legend to join our team as a Sports and Administration Officer to proactively run the day-to-day operations of the business in these geographic areas. The role will include but not limited to delivering and coaching the program, safety and quality, venue management, stock control, training and development of staff, administration and marketing to increase the growth of the business in both Shepparton and Echuca.

It will require travel across both venues and therefore being in possession of a full driving licence and a car will be a requirement together with an employee Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate and authorisation to work in Australia.

You will be able to support coaches, work with people and mentor your team across both venues to deliver and exceed all service levels. Bonus if you are able to have a conversation with a 3-year-old about T Rex and be able to engage and create a fun environment.
The successful candidate for this role will need to have supervisory experience, be confident and outgoing, have the ability to build rapport with children and families, be flexible and well organised. You must be punctual, reliable and have an interest in contributing to the success of an exciting children ‘s preschool program.
Provide general support including planning, co-ordination, attendance records, data entry. You will support marketing and communication through newsletters, social media and promotional materials

About you:

Confident, fun and a passion for children's development
Administrative experience
Demonstrate competency in the use of IT - not limited to - Google Drive, Canva, Mailchimp and more
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi task
Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise self managed tasks
Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with a range of stake holders

**Please note salary range is based on adult rate **
