About the Role

Secure a highly desirable, stable Part Time & Casual role with guaranteed weekly hours 22.8. Those who prefer morning to afternoon shifts are highly encouraged to apply.

Specializing in supporting clients with Mental Health and Psychosocial needs, particularly across our Eastern Suburbs service areas.

Targeted Psychosocial Support: Providing meaningful, person-centred support to NDIS participants with Mental Health and Psychosocial disabilities.
Complex Needs Management: Managing more complex needs, which may include clients with behaviours of concern, trauma, or forensic backgrounds. This involves expertly implementing behaviour support plans and consistently using de-escalation techniques.
Diverse Settings: Working within participants’ private homes or in one of our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA).
Routine and Engagement: Supporting clients with essential daily routines, including personal care, skill-building, and facilitating community access.
Collaborative Care: Working closely and effectively with allied clinicians, case workers, and families to ensure a unified approach to client goals

About you

We’re looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:

Minimum 6 months experience OR Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or other related fields is highly desirable
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
