Administration experience managing support mailboxes, message banks, and call cycles.
Experience assisting with sales orders/quotes, including data entry and translation for customers/external sales.

We’re currently looking for a Sales Administration Officer to join our team on a four-month part time casual contract, providing maternity leave cover and supporting our busy Sales Team.

Based at our Adelaide Branch, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting our Sales Team and ensuring our customers receive the high level of service Taipan is known for.

This is a four-month casual maternity leave cover position, with an immediate start available. Approximately 25 hours per week with flexible hours.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage and delegate the CRM support mailbox and message bank
Manage and maintain CRM/CRO call cycles
Assist with orders and quotes
Translate and data enter sales quotes for customers & external sales
Translate and data and enter sales orders
Prepare agenda and record minutes for CRM Sales Meetings and distribute to relevant parties
Manage and update Taipan Sales Processes and Procedures
Manage and maintain the Phocas platform
Continue to develop CRM software in line with management and business requirements
Train staff on how to use CRM software

To be successful you’ll need some or all of the following:

Past experience in Administration
Communication skills
Valid full driver’s licence
Information and communication technology (ICT) literate
