Join our growing team at Amazon Australia and help shape the future of online shopping while collaborating with innovative businesses to enhance the customer experience. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll build meaningful partnerships and drive growth with third party sellers and advertisers.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with partners to enhance their success on Amazon
Guide partners in optimizing their use of Amazon tools and services including advertising
Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute advertising plans for different types of businesses
Drive adoption and optimization of Sponsored Ads solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize partners' advertising ROI and campaign performance

A day in the life
Your role will involve building relationships with key partners, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to enhance the customer experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in strategic planning sessions, and help partners optimize their presence on Amazon's platform.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
