About the Role:

As a Sales Planner, your role requires you to work in a fast paced, challenging and dynamic sales environment, in which you will play a pivotal role in providing information both at a State and National level to allow management to make informative decisions.

Reporting to the GM – Strategy and Sales Planning, this role will incorporate components such as:

Developing and managing the annual sales budget for each business unit.
Analysing internal sales results and trends, as well as external market influences and trends.
Creating and submitting monthly and ad-hoc market and sales reports.
Preparing sales and product forecasts by coordinating with different levels of the business.

About You

You are a detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of your work. You thrive in environments where you can analyse data to find solutions and aren’t afraid to navigate complex priorities.

To be successful, you will bring:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Planning, ideally within engineering or technical product sectors.
Technical Savvy: Strong exposure to the fundamentals of Excel,Microsoft PowerBI & SQL .
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and take initiative to resolve issues.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage conflicting priorities and achieve positive outcomes with stakeholders.
