Your Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, our Buildings Structures team in Brisbane is looking for a Structural Engineer and Technical Director to join our multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals.

In this role, you’ll:

Assisting with scoping, estimating, pricing and managing projects

Support on building projects across sectors including arts & culture, aviation, defence, transport, civic, and life sciences.

Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and consultants to drive innovative, sustainable design solutions.

Strive for technical excellence from yourself and the staff you work with in an open and inclusive manner

Actively participate in client and group meetings, shaping project strategies and building long-term partnerships.

Contribute to a workplace culture that values collaboration, creativity, and purpose-driven work.

About you

A degree in civil/structural engineering or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Structural Engineering

Working knowledge of structural analysis software (ETABs, Strand 7 etc).

Possess a high level of design creativity with the ability to develop technically robust structural concepts whilst maintaining a strong focus on the design intent.

Commercially aware with the ability to successfully lead structural and multidisciplinary projects through all phases whilst managing and developing strong client relationships.

Desire to work within a multidisciplinary team, driving innovation and excellence, contributing to work place culture.
Salary range for this position is AUD $79,000 to AUD $81,000
