Your Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Pastry Chef to take the helm and deliver an outstanding customer experience. As the driving force behind our delectable creations, you'll have the freedom to blend classic recipes with your unique flair, introducing your own favourites and new ideas while maintaining the essence of our heritage sweets. Experience with Greek sweets is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver pastry production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation excellence.

- Lead and inspire to exceed culinary standards.

- Collaborate with management to develop new pastry offerings while preserving our signature classics.

- Manage inventory, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

About You:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pastry chef role.

- Expertise in Greek pastry-making is well regarded.

- Creative flair with a passion for experimenting with new flavours and techniques.

- The ability to foster a collaborative team environment with all staff

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management practices.
