Executive Assistant – Chief People & Communications Officer

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide trusted, high-quality support to our Chief People & Communications Officer and senior leaders across People, Culture & Communications.
Play an active role in a busy executive environment, where ability, adaptability and a commitment to excellence are valued. You’ll manage complex and confidential priorities, coordinate executive committees, prepare high-quality papers and presentations, and build strong relationships across the organisation.
About you
You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who is organised, proactive and confident working in a complex environment. You anticipate what’s needed, bring sound judgement to competing priorities and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders and committees.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Sound judgement, discretion and a high level of professionalism.
A proactive approach to problem solving and improving processes.
The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
