This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded client while also enjoying the flexibility and support of the Harrier team, with a mix of onsite (choose between Mount Waverley and Tullamarine offices) and home based working.

Job Description

What you'll bring:
We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships.

Ideally, you'll have:

Proven end-to-end volume recruitment experience, with retail and consumer goods experience being highly desirable
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges

Qualifications

What you'll be doing:

Lead end-to-end volume recruitment for positions, such as vehicle drivers and parts interpreters, within retail and consumer goods operations
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure the delivery of strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote and home based work, with flexible arrangements
