About the Role
Support the evolution and adoption of the RBA's Core Modernisation Transformation Program's operating rhythm, ways of working, and team experience. Working closely with the Program Experience & Enablement Manager, this role will deliver enablement initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, collaboration, cross-functional activation, and continuous improvement across the program.
The role will act as a catalyst for alignment and mobilisation across business, technology, risk, delivery, and support functions, enabling teams to work effectively together, navigate dependencies, and accelerate outcomes. Through facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, you will help create the conditions for high-performing teams and successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver program enablement initiatives that support adoption of ways of working and desired behaviours.
Facilitate workshops, community forums, retrospectives, and team engagement activities.
Develop and maintain enablement materials, guidance, communications, and learning resources.
Support onboarding experiences to ensure new team members quickly become effective contributors.
Coordinate capability uplift initiatives aligned to program priorities and delivery needs.
Gather and analyse feedback from teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support change adoption activities that help teams transition successfully to new practices.
Drive cross-functional activation by connecting teams, facilitating alignment on priorities, and coordinating collaboration across business, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across program teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness and team experience.
Partner with leaders and delivery teams to embed a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Identify and help manage inter-team dependencies, ensuring risks, blockers, and opportunities are surfaced and addressed through effective internal stakeholder engagement and coordination.
Key Accountabilities
Your focus will be on the adoption and maturity of the program ways of working, team engagement and program experience outcomes, as well as capability development and learning effectiveness.
You will play a key role in enabling cross-functional activation, bringing together diverse stakeholders, aligning teams around shared objectives, and fostering collaboration across business and technology domains. You will maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing practices that support organisational and program change initiatives, while ensuring consistency of enablement approaches across program teams.
About You
You will have demonstrable experience in the following core areas:
Program enablement, organisational change, learning, agile coaching, delivery excellence, and transformation environments.
A passion for improving team effectiveness, engagement, and delivery outcomes.
Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering capability uplift or change adoption initiatives.
Proven experience driving cross-functional collaboration and program stakeholder alignment in complex transformation or delivery environments.
The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation and a strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
An ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery of enablement activities.
A collaborative and people-focused approach that supports high-performing teams and enables teams to mobilise quickly around shared outcomes.
