The Role
We are seeking an experienced EUC Specialist to join a high-performing workplace technology team.
This is a hands-on senior role focused on designing, delivering, securing, and supporting enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and virtual desktop platforms. You will act as a technical leader and subject matter expert, helping drive modern workplace initiatives while ensuring endpoint platforms remain secure, scalable, compliant, and user-friendly.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, endpoint security, device lifecycle management, and modern workplace technologies, along with strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design and support enterprise endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, mobile, and virtual desktop environments.
Manage and optimise Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and modern workplace platforms.
Implement endpoint security controls, compliance policies, and device management standards.
Automate deployments and operational processes using PowerShell.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as a senior escalation point for complex issues.
Collaborate with technology teams to deliver secure and seamless user experiences.
Review technical work, mentor team members, and uphold engineering standards.
Drive continuous improvement across EUC processes, documentation, and platform capabilities.
What You'll Need
7+ years' experience in Desktop Engineering, EUC, or Endpoint Management within large enterprise environments.
Strong expertise with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, encryption, and device governance.
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
Desirable Skills
Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or related certifications.
Experience with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
Knowledge of Zero Trust and modern security frameworks.
Experience in enterprise transformation or endpoint modernisation programs.
Exposure to ITIL and service management practices.
