Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, qualified and highly motivated Pastry Chef to join our talented team at La Royale Patisserie. Established in 2006, we are a family-owned business known for our contemporary desserts and artisanal pastries. We pride ourselves on using the best premium ingredients in the kitchen, focus on quality baking and attention to detail.

We're looking for a full-time Pastry chef who has a who has a creative flair, excellent communication skills, can work in a team and wants to grow in the industry and bring new ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and production of cakes, desserts, pies & sausage rolls to recipe
Decorate cakes using creams and other techniques
Baking a wide range of high-quality bakery products
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
Work in a fast paced environment

To be successful

An exceptional eye for detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous experience as a baker/pastry chef
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a baker/pastry chef
A Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification is required.
Ability to work early mornings, public holidays and one day on weekend.

Australian citizens only are eligible to apply for this position.

La Royale Patisserie is located in Wetherill Park and having your own transport would be an advantage.

Pay: $54,238.94 – $85,425.52 per year
