Occupational Therapist – Community | Flexible WFH | Early Career & New Grads

Are you an early-career Occupational Therapist looking for more flexibility, genuine clinical support and an opportunity to grow?

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing community team on a part-time or full-time basis.

You'll visit clients in their homes and complete documentation and reports remotely, with admin support for bookings, scheduling and client coordination.

You'll work with a varied caseload of older adults and people living with disability, giving you the opportunity to broaden your clinical experience while making a meaningful difference in people's everyday lives.

We are particularly interested in early-career OTs looking for their next opportunity to grow, while motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide client-centred occupational therapy in the community
Conduct comprehensive functional assessments
Develop personalised intervention plans and meaningful goals
Recommend assistive technology, equipment and home modifications
Prepare clear, high-quality clinical reports using structured templates
Apply clinical reasoning across a diverse range of presentations
Collaborate with families, support coordinators and other health professionals
Participate in supervision, team meetings and professional development
