Monday to Friday | No weekends

Looking for a stable, full-time role where you can utilise both your dental assisting and reception skills? Our Bondi Junction centre is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our supportive, professional team in a modern, well-equipped practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a busy clinic environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

Our Opportunity

Permanent full-time position
Monday to Friday roster – enjoy your weekends free
Mix of reception and clinical responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Chair-side assisting across a broad range of dental procedures
Managing patient bookings, phone enquiries and front desk support
Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
Preparing treatment rooms and supporting dentists throughout the day
Delivering warm, professional and empathetic patient care
Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
Working closely with the wider team to ensure an exceptional patient experience

About You

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist (essential)
Comfortable across chair-side assisting, reception and sterilisation duties
Strong knowledge of infection control and clinical compliance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual and highly professional
A team-focused approach with a passion for patient care
