Full Job Description

Frenzy Park is an exciting entertainment destination, and our café serves up delicious casual dining favorites, including pizza, burgers, nuggets, and more. We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, efficient service, and a great dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and service.
Develop and maintain high-quality menu items, including pizzas, burgers, nuggets, and other offerings.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Manage inventory, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Work closely with management to introduce new menu items and improve efficiency.
Ensure consistency in food presentation and portion sizes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen staff in a fast-paced café or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of casual dining, including pizza, burgers, and fried foods.
Ability to lead a team and train staff effectively.
Understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
