CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES COORDINATOR – SIGNAGE & PRINT

Signarama Mandurah | Full-time | Monday to Friday

$65,000–$85,000 plus super, depending on experience

Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, asking the right questions and turning an initial idea into a practical solution?

Signarama Mandurah is looking for an organised, customer-focused person to manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes and coordinate signage projects from the initial conversation through to production and installation.

This is not simply a reception or administration position. You will be responsible for understanding what the customer is trying to achieve, gathering the necessary information and helping us recommend the most suitable signage solution.

Signage or printing experience would be highly regarded, but it is not essential. We are willing to train the right person who has excellent customer-service skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and in person.

* Ask detailed questions to properly understand each customer’s requirements.

* Gather measurements, photographs, artwork, site information and installation details.

* Recommend appropriate signage options with support and training from our team.

* Prepare clear and accurate quotations.

* Follow up outstanding quotations professionally.

* Arrange site visits and measurements when required.

* Coordinate artwork approvals, deposits, production and installation.

* Keep customers informed about progress and expected completion dates.

* Maintain accurate customer notes, quote records and job information.

* Identify opportunities to help customers with additional signage, vehicle graphics, window graphics, promotional products and related services.

* Handle questions or concerns calmly and professionally.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

* Clear and professional written English.

* Confidence speaking with customers by telephone and in person.

* The ability to ask questions instead of making assumptions.

* Strong attention to measurements, quantities, spelling and job details.

* Good basic numeracy and confidence preparing quotations.

* Excellent organisation and follow-through.

* The ability to manage several enquiries and jobs at different stages.

* A practical, solution-focused approach.

* Confidence using email, quoting software and general office systems.

* Willingness to learn signage materials, production methods and installation requirements.

* A current driver’s licence for occasional local site visits.

Experience in signage, printing, promotional products, shopfitting, glazing, cabinetry, building supplies, trade sales or a similar customised-product industry would be advantageous.

Graphic-design experience may be helpful, but it is not required for this position.
