Calling All Coffee Pros: Full-Time Master Barista Wanted!

Location: Piccolo Me Parramatta Square

Hours: Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

Type: Full-Time (5 Days / Week)

Are you a seasoned barista who thrives under pressure, loves high-volume service, and pours stunning latte art with your eyes closed? If you’re looking for a serious coffee role with weekends off, we want to talk to you!

About the Role

We run a fast-paced, high-volume cafe, pumping over 10 kilos of coffee a day. We need a machine operator, dialed-in flavor perfectionist, and speed demon all wrapped into one.

You’ll be steering our espresso setup through the morning peak, keeping quality sky-high, and delivering fantastic customer experiences alongside a tight-knit, energetic team.

What We’re Looking For

High-Volume Experience: Proven experience crushing 10+ kg days without compromising quality or speed.
Top-Tier Latte Art: Consistency is key—every cup that leaves the bench needs to look as good as it tastes.
Dial-In Mastery: Deep understanding of extraction, grind adjustment, and milk texture perfection.
Reliability: Available Monday to Friday, every day for standard full-time hours.
Vibe & Cool Under Fire: Friendly, clean, organized, and calm during absolute rushes.
