Personal Trainer Role | Canberra, ACT

No Rent. A Booked Diary. Coaching That Backs You.

Area: Canberra, ACT

Basis: Casual

Pay rate: $40.17 to $55/hr (based on ongoing client hours), super and commission on top

Starting: Immediate

Hours: Ramp up to 20 to 30+ paid hours weekly

Picture a Normal Week

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five new clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.

That is genuinely the role.

The Usual PT Deal Is Stacked Against You. This One Is Not.

You chose this work to help people get strong and healthy, not to chase invoices and leads.

You did not sign up to:

Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session
Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard
Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
Play marketer, salesperson, accountant and admin while forgetting why you started
Talented coaches quit every week, not because they are bad at it, but because the model is stacked against them.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.
