Personal Trainer | South Launceston, TAS

No Chair Rent. A Full Calendar. A Mentor In Your Corner.

Casual personal training role in South Launceston, TAS, starting immediately. $40.17 to $55/hr plus super plus commission, rate based on ongoing client hours. Grow to 20 to 30+ paid hours a week.

Here Is Your Average Week

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five new clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.

That is what the week looks like.

So What Is the Catch?

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
