About the role
We are seeking an experienced Change, Training & Communications Lead to join our team on an 18-month maximum term contract . In this role, you’ll drive organisational readiness and adoption across a large-scale Payroll and Workforce Management transformation program.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end change, training and communications strategy across multiple interconnected workstreams spanning payroll, workforce management and people systems.
Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, implementation partners and project teams, you will help prepare impacted stakeholders for new systems, processes and ways of working, ensuring a successful transition and long-term adoption.

What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver the change, training and communications strategy for a major payroll and workforce management transformation
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify organisational readiness requirements across impacted business areas
- Design and deliver communication plans that build awareness, engagement and adoption throughout the program lifecycle
- Lead training strategy, materials development and learning delivery activities for different stakeholder groups
- Partner with business leaders, SMEs and implementation teams to prepare teams for new systems, processes and ways of working
- Monitor readiness, adoption and change outcomes, recommending interventions where required
Coach leaders and managers to effectively support their teams through change

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading change management, training and communications activities within large-scale transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of organisational change methodologies and adoption practices
- Experience supporting payroll and workforce management technology implementations
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing across all organisational levels
- Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences
Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery skills within fast-paced project environments

- Payroll, workforce management or time and attendance transformation experience
- UKG Workforce Pro experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
- SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent change management qualifications
Experience within retail, healthcare, pharmacy, logistics or similarly complex workforce environments
