The Roles
We are seeking dedicated Airfare Consulants or Support Agent for First and Business Class Airfare Consultants.
Airfare consultants service our clients, mainly organising first and business class travel.
The Airfare Support Agent will help our airfare team searching for best first and business class fares, issuing tickets (Majority through consolidators and in-house ticketing facility for a couple of airlines), processing airline flight schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, liaising between FirstClass and consolidators, airlines, with a focus on building an ongoing relationship.

Job Description
We are seeking a sharp, organized Accounts / Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Working out of our Sydney CBD office, you will support our daily financial operations and work closely with our travel consulting team.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who is naturally proactive, possesses great practical logic, and has a sharp eye for detail. While you will be fully trained in our specific travel systems, we require a solid foundational understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
For a high-performing individual who demonstrates accuracy, speed, and strong initiative, this role has a clear pathway to transition into a permanent Full-Time position.
This role is not suitable for students.
Responsibilities
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Entering and maintaining immaculate financial data
Preparing and issuing client invoices
Conducting bank reconciliations and supporting weekly financial reporting
Assisting with payroll processing
Coordinating with travel suppliers
Supporting consultants with travel-related financial requirements
General office administrative support
Skills and Experience
1–2 years of practical experience in an office administration, accounts role is highly preferred.
Highly computer-savvy with the ability to grasp new software quickly
Flawless attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
High initiative, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently
Well-developed organisational and time management skills
High standards of work quality with a desire for continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
