The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing technology team delivering modern application, integration, and identity solutions.
This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer with strong experience across full stack development, API design, enterprise integration, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will play a key role in designing and developing secure, scalable applications while implementing modern authentication, authorisation, and integration patterns using Microsoft Entra ID and cloud-native technologies.
Working closely with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, and security teams, you will contribute to the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
Build scalable microservices and cloud-native applications.
Develop responsive user interfaces and high-performance backend services.
Design, develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API gateway technologies.
Establish API governance, lifecycle management, monitoring, and versioning practices.
Design and implement enterprise integration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
Develop event-driven integration solutions using messaging and streaming platforms.
Work with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
Support workflow automation, orchestration, and enterprise data synchronisation initiatives.
Implement and support Microsoft Entra ID identity solutions.
Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
Implement authentication and authorisation frameworks using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and related standards.
Support identity governance, access controls, and role-based security models.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps teams, and stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Contribute to solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
What You'll Need
Experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or related technology roles.
Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications.
Experience building modern frontend and backend solutions.
Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Experience with microservices-based architecture and cloud-native application development.
Deep understanding of API security, authentication, and authorisation standards.
Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API Gateway technologies.
Strong experience with enterprise integration patterns and integration platforms.
Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
Experience implementing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and identity governance solutions.
Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work effectively within Agile delivery environments.
